- What counts as a try-on?
- One photo try-on = one try-on. Retries and additional products each count. Failed generations are never billed.
- Do all surfaces share the allowance?
- Yes — storefront widget, in-store QR and API all draw from the same monthly allowance. No per-channel subscription.
- What happens at the limit?
- The free plan pauses try-on until your usage resets or you upgrade. Paid plans bill overage at the rate shown on your tier.
- Where do shopper photos live?
- In our storage, auto-deleted after 1, 3 or 7 days — your choice. Never used for model training.
